THE ATTORNEY, Alexandru A. Cristea, after practicing law in Eastern Europe, immigrated to the U.S. in 1976. He continued his law studies in the U.S., and since 1978 helped immigrants from all over the world, working first with a legal-aid office and other non-profit agencies, and later with private law offices.
   
In 1990, Alexandru A. Cristea was admitted to practice law by the Louisiana Supreme Court, and, thereafter, became a member of the U.S. District Court-the Northern District of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a national network of thousands of lawyers dedicated to the practice and teaching of Immigration Law.
   
TYPE OF CASES. Alexandru A. Cristea Law Offices represents individuals, businesses/institutions from across the nation and around the world on matters related to U.S. immigration and nationality law. The office's case law includes family and employment based cases, business and religious related visas, asylum cases, lottery visas, naturalization, and complex matters including deportation, as well as appeals and federal immigration litigation.

THE LEGAL ASSISTANTS possess years of experience in immigration and office administration, and the attorney and his assistants communicate with clients in English, Spanish, German, Romanian and Italian.
